Basic Keyshot Setup Screen disappears

I am on a Mac and tried to input a new custom screen size. I may have entered a size too large to see seen on my screen (I was trying to set up a ratio)
in any case, once I typed in a number and tabbed to the next size to input, the work window jumped way out of dimension and now I can't access the right side of Keyshot's parameters. How td I get everything back-to-=basic so I can start again?

I had a similar issue a little while ago. Try going into the View menu and turning on Retina Mode, resizing your window smaller, then turning Retina Mode back off.
