Don't know if I'm doing something wrong, don't understand how it's supposed to work or if it's a bug.

I rendered a model a model yesterday, applied materials witch of two where skin, one fully replaced and one with kept texturemap, and saved as bip.

Today I opened up the bip, sent the model over again but lost skin materials on both parts and had to assign them again.
I also changed another material on another part of the model from an earlier applied cloud texture, to a matte paint material.

Goes into zBrush and subdivide one of the models with  skin.

Send the model over again.
Now I lose the material settings to both models with skin based materials and the model on witch I applied the matte paint reverts to the downloaded cloud material assign to it just before.

Surely I'm not supposed to lose materials like that, or?

I'm having the same problem. I setup materials in ZBrush and upon importing to Keyshot - WHAM - most of the materials seem to drop out!

I'M EXPERIENCING THE SAME PROBLEM. IT MAY BE MEMORY RELATED, I THOUGHT. So I am reducing my ZBrush image and going to try to re-assemble in Keyshot. This was happening in Keyshot 6 and now also in keyshot 6.2. I need some advice. These used to work--now not.

I am experiencing a similar thing.  If I open a saved KS scene and the reopen it the ZBrush bridge icon is gone, then if I re export my model from ZB (the same model that is in the KS scene) the materials & HDRI get wiped.  It's very frustrating!!!
