Support for models with multiple UV channels

Especially useful for models extracted from games, where the diffuse and specular textures are mapped to UV channel 1, and the normal texture is mapped to UV channel 2. From what I can tell they take advantage of the model's symmetry to help preserve normal texture fidelity. I can provide model/texture samples if that would be helpful.
