Hey all,

Could use some help, currently when I am trying to apply a color fade animation to any material in my setup, I cannot "activate" the button. I have tried right clicking on the checkered box next to the material color and selecting animation > colorfade , and after selection nothing happens. Same result if I go to the textures tab and right click on the diffuse button to open the menu of texture or animation > colorfade.
With the animation wizard I can create an opacity fade, but I am looking to create a color fade. I am rather new to Keyshot, so I am not sure if I am missing something, or if this is an issue to do with my machine and not the program. Any help would be appreciated, let me know if I should clarify or provide images. Thanks..

When you say "nothing happens", do you mean the Color Fade node is not created? Does it work if you right-click in an empty area of the Material Graph window, select Animation > Color Fade, then manually plug it into your material?

Yes, literally nothing seems to happen. No node is created, no reaction from anything I am aware of. I am not sure how to get to the material graph window. Currently on all my materials the material graph button is grayed out and I cannot activate it either.

Currently working with KeyShot 6.3 Educational version, do I need KeyShot Pro to access the material graph?
