Good one Diego!

Maybe the colours are a bit washed out compared to the oversaturated look of the marvel universe, but nothing than a quick post can't fix. I would work a bit on the DoF as well, the glove looks a tad sprayed rather than out of focus.

I agree about the DoF, its a little odd. There is a glow about him that doesn't strike the eye right. I'm going to respectfully disagree on the color saturation thing though, I like it. I'm so over all the over saturated over contrasted CGI work lately that something like this is actually pleasing to my eye. Yes, you are right it is different from the Marvel-world color, I'll give you that.

I think some detritus and scruff and dust in the air would be a great touch, and I think I would tend to want this image to take place at night. Background is too white, and takes my eye away from the detail of the face area, which is where the DoF is trying to direct us. Remember that the eye is inherently lazy, and will travel to white and light areas when given the chance to. Hence why vignettes were so popular for a while.

Looks fantastic!

Hi thank you for the feedback. Ill replay item by item. And I'll ad one by myself  :)

*I'm not happy with fingers detail, It whas the last parts I modeled and running out of time

*I totally agree about the over bright background. I din't note this and It could be corrected.

*The color grading was exactly what I wanted in fact I washed out the saturated render to achieve a more cold, dusty look as wanted. In fact the scene is a "like" that one. But different.

*Dof grain is due to Time limitation. I'll explain next if you have time and want to read detaild on what conditions this work whas done:

---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Important details of my works to considerate.

I did this 3 years ago on a 5Hs live demo with +100 crowd watching and asking questions. (Some pressure over there)

Divided on

3 Hours for Zbrush Sculpting, 3DsMax Modeling, Unwraping, Texturing in photoshop Color and reflection maps where created,
1 Hour Rendering (Snacks time for attenders)
1 extra hour went used for post and final touches. 4133x2213 300dpi pix render.
It whas rendered on i5 with 8Gigs of ram setting max time to 50minutes. (I should put all this on description :P)

General grain whas added to hide a litle bit the under sampled dof.

I did not make any enhacements to the work becouse i get paid for live demos and they ask me no to modify live demo results.  Kind of marketing they use sell my modeling and sculpting clases.

When they show the work with leyend "This whas made at live performance by our professor" It would be deceptive to show post enhacements. Even i'd like to, I can't. =(  But I would. In fact i'm reversioning must of my live demos and they will not be published as "Done live" but I need time, I was doing this kind of work from 2011 so Ill will have in consideration all of your feedback.

Most of my works I'll post here are from live demos that goes from 1 to 5Hs of work so, this may be the best I could do in 5Hs 3 years ago =D I hope be better by now.

Again thanks for the feedback, I didn't note the to much white on the background  :D

One missing point I had.  On my remake I'll add debris using particles.

If you reached this far on the text I thank you double for taking the time, your feedback is important for me. Cheers!
