Keyshot 7 on 4K screen

Hi all,

I am new to Keyshot and I recently bought "pro floating" which gets installed by our Admin hopefully today.
Unitl this is done, I am trying to get familiar with Keyshot 7 demo.
I have found issues on my Dell precision Laptop with latest Win10 and a 4K screen.
No matter what setting I use in the systems preferences for UI scaling, the Keyshot UI is always damaged. I cannot access the Top menus and the whole window cuts of portions of the UI.
Any idea?

I've found out that switching to full screen is a workaround. Then I have access to all drop down menus on the top.

Hi Bernhard,
I have just updated to KS 7 today and I am experiencing the same issue. I have a Dell precision 7710 laptop running windows 10.
I can't seem to switch to full screen. How do you do this when you can't access the menu?

Has anyone got any other ideas for a proper fix for this issue?

Looks like some settings need to be changed in the NVIDIA control panel.

What if using intel iris graphic?
There is software optimization in intel hd graphic control panel that I tried but not working

After activating the Nvidia GPU in the control panel ( App settings ) it works for me.
