darken spots on my texture (normal map)

Hi. I am generating a creamy material. I am using a snow normal map from poliigon.
I model the ice cream in Modo and did the UVs there.

You can see the attached files.

I am wondering why in the upper part the normal map bump seems to brake ?

I am really pleased with the sides of my cream strip .
