Cannot download from icloud library

Hi there

trying to download materials from the cloud library, but I keep getting a weird message from windows (see attached).

not sure if this is a reason, but I installed Keyshot 7 (I'm on 6) trial in order to get help with a subject that I had posted on the forum. When I tried to download the material the first time I got this message asking for the Keyshot 7 license key, so I aborted, uninstalled Keyshot 7 and rebooted.

I think you may have to reinstall KS6. Because you installed KS7, it's looking for that. From what I remember reading here previously on this matter, it's going to look for the last version that was installed. Since you removed KS7 it can't find anything to download to and doesn't know to revert back to KS6. Reinstall KS6 and you should be able to download from the cloud straight to KS6 like you used to. If I'm wrong about this I'm sure someone here will correct me eventually.
