Cannot save an animation

Hello to everyone!

I have some problems to save an animation. One I made it and I tried to save it the program shows the error "Cannot create animation output folder (ubicación)"

I tried on to the desktop, on the server and on a USB and the program always give me the same error.

I'm working with Windows 10 with the laste update installed

I work with Keyshot 7 and I draw the models with Solid Edge ST10.

Hmm. You have permission to create folders and write to all those locations, I'd assume?
