Keyshot 7.2: crashes when saving KSP

With the latest update, I can't save a KSP file. Crashes at various stages along the way to saving.[/img]
Windows 10 Pro, Xeon 2.8GHz, 64 GB RAM

Anyone else having this issue?

It is the first time I hear of this issue. Would you mind contacting support, so they can help determine the cause?
