Can not create folders in KS

Can not create folders in texture tab "Failed to add folder poliigon to /Library/Application Support/KeyShot7/Textures"


Platform / OS High Sierra OS10.13.3 (17D102)
KeyShot version 7.2.135
Plugin version
Modeling system, including version Non file related
Steps to take to reproduce the problem Creating a folder in texture tab named Poliigon
Include original CAD, bip, or KSP file (use keyshot.wetransfer.com and send it to support@luxion.com if needed)


Apparently its only with "Poliigon" ...did not know this!

Did you install the KeyShot 7 Content at some point?
Installing this will create a Poliigon folder in the Textures folder of your KeyShot resources. This folder will not be visible inside the KeyShot Textures Library though, as the textures are encrypted.
