License issue: Keyshot 7 via remote desktop

Hi,

We have a bunch of users who login remotely from home on occasion and use standard Microsoft remote desktop clients on PC/Mac/iPads.

We have 2 floating licenses of Keyshot 7.

We have noticed that if the user has a session of Keyshot 7 already running when they login, they cannot open another session. They get a warning that all licenses are in use and shows where - one is another user, the other is their name on their PC (the one they remote desktop in to). Somehow the new instance of Keyshot is detecting they are logged on as a different user and/or computer.

We upgraded yesterday and this was noticed immediately as their regular working practice has not changed and this issue does not occur in Keyshot 6.

The issue exists whether accessing from another PC, Mac or iPad.

Is this a known issue?

I've no idea if this is an issue, but I CAN'T login from neither of my two different iPad models after my first login from the PC.
