Animation rotation issue

Hello,

I made an animation of an industrial process. At 20 seconds the problem occurs, the product needs to be placed on the conveyor belt but it doesn't for some reason. I used the same commands as 4 seconds - 8 seconds. Can't find the solution at my own that's why I post it here.
