Only 2% CPU usage on 16-core Threadripper

Hey everyone,

Literally don't know what else to try. I'm using a 1950X 16-core 4GHz OC threadripper with the Asus Zenith Extreme MB and keyshot is only using 1-2% CPU during render. It IS using 100% CPU during the real-time view, but NOT during render.

Are there any BIOS settings that I need to enable / disable? Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.

That's set to 100% (32-cores). Still the same result :/

Also tried settings 2-4....cores only, and they're still not at 100% during export, only during the viewfinder.
