Being that it's a perfectly flat surface, there's really no reason to UV map something like this. A label with mapping type "planar" would be the way to go. KeyShot makes it easy.  Just be sure to set up your label image so that it's 1:1 scale to your model.

It is a just label on a plane surface and a little bit bump in it.
