too much same but empty layer

I use KS 6.3.23.  sometimes i import the same file to the keyshot after changing something at the model and then i choose "update geometry" option on the pop-up screen.  then it appears too much same layer under the model.  but in fact, there is just one layer has a model.   the rest of the layers are empty.
