Please make the move/scale/rotate widget BIGGER

Also, please make the arrows longer. There are many times when I can't select the arrow as it is 'hidden' by the rotate ring. This makes things most tedious. Thanks!

I've also had times where the widget gets moved outside the borders of the window even though the object it applies to is within view.  Maybe a hot key to force it to the center of the window?

@chippwalters - Simply move the camera for now to get a grip of the arrows.
