Coreprio and Keyshot 8 on amd 2990wx processor...100% faster?

I have build myself a Win7-64 box with the AMD 2990wx specifically to make Keyshot faster, but have been a little underwhelmed....

It has been found (by Level 1 Tech and others) that there is s bug in Windows that limits the power of these multicore processors with multiple dies) and that it is not memory access. When using the Indigo raytracing benchmark on linux it is almost twice as fast as if it is running the same benchmark under Windows...

I'm assuming this is also a problem for Keyshot, but is it and have anyone here tested this?
The Coreprio app on a win10 machine with the amd 2990wx processor supposedly removes this roadblock, but I'm curious if anyone else have seen the problem and tried it?

I can't say if I have the same issue, but my fresh I9 9900k on Win 10 Pro doesn't seem as fast as it should be either. Are there any known bottlenecks?
