Intel Windows i9 9960x 354 fps

I had chrome open with a bunch of pages in tabs, but otherwise nothing was running. Maybe I should try again with a fresh reboot later...?

With the Xbox game capture running, the FPS drop down and become less consistent. But this is what I got with it running...

Edit: Tried a fresh reboot. Didn't make much difference. The highest it really seemed to get was around 354.4 but it doesn't stay there long enough to easily grab a screen shot, and I am not patient enough to wait much longer than it took to get back to this number.
