Deactivate/activate to new pc

Searching on the forum I am thinking I should have looked into this earlier but hope it can still be done. I recently moved out of state concurrent with switching
all my work and software to a laptop and will no longer be using my old desktop which is back where I used to live although I kept the hard drive.
I installed Keyshot but need to activate it to get back to work. Can this be done?

I have contacted support several days ago. I got a response from Chad who has tried to get someone to send me a serial code so I can make a license request, but we
are getting no response. Could you push this through? I am held up to do any work until I get Keyshot installed.
