The saved file can be used by Mac and Windows system?

Dear Sirs~
I save a keyshot file by Mac system and share to my partner，
If his keyshot  is windows version，can he open the file and modify it?

You sure can - if it uses a custom HDR and/or materials with custom textures, you may want to save as a package file and send that to him.
