Keyshot 9 or Cinema4d plugin and import fail, help!

Hello Everyone
Im trying to do a Morph animation ín C4D following this tutorial

and everything is fine in there, theyre other objects ´a laptop scaling down and a phone appearing, im a newbie on c4d but searched and  found the plugin for keyshot, but when I press render keyshot opens looks good, but when I press play it get stuck on setting up and wont move, completely freezes, and the animation doesnt work so I searched  about another way of importing and tried .abc but happens the same, so I tried with .fbx and it kinda worked but on keyshot 8  and only one of the objects does the scaling and the other one just stays put
