Nope. Nothing here.
Nothing under "Models", nothing in the Cloud Library.

It looks like you are missing some of the included resources djnoone.
Without knowing what the other Library tabs look like I would assume it's not just the models that are missing.

You can unzip the attached file in your resource folder to get the models, but if anything else is missing I suggest a full reinstall.

How to perform a fresh install:

Uninstall KeyShot
Make sure to delete the KeyShot  resources folder
note: move it to the desktop if you wish to back up your resources

Windows Default:
C:\Users\UserName\Documents\KeyShot or
C:\Users\Public\Documents\KeyShot
Delete C:\ProgramData\Luxion\KeyShot 8 folder
Delete C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Luxion\KeyShot 8 folder

Mac Default:
/Library/Application Support/KeyShot

Download and Re-install _KeyShot_ using the links below.
For this step, you'll need the *full installer* (not the update installer).
You can find the newest version of KeyShot "here":https://www.keyshot.com/resources/downloads/
You can find older versions of KeyShot "here":https://www.keyshot.com/resources/downloads/previous-versions/
Go through the registration wizard, enter your license information, and _KeyShot_ should be up and running.
