I picked up marvelous designer in 2020, still working on it but getting better. The balloons and streamers were built in marvelous designer. I used the wind feature in marvelous to help streamers look more scattered.

These first few weeks are liable to pop those ;-) I tihnk you've got a great start there with MD. The texture looks a little odd on the first '2' though.
