UV Mapping a Bowl

I feel like this should be a fairly easy task but can't get it to work correctly for my life. I'm not very familiar with UV mapping but just need to get the basics down to meet a deadline. Just need to be able to map this bowl so I can apply a texture without much warping. If anyone could tell me what I need to do I would be very grateful.
