More bump input options

I quite often run into limitations with the bump mapping. It would be nice if it was possible to use the utility nodes, for example to boost contrast or combine inputs in other ways than using the bump-add.

this has been a request since KS 6 when I first started. The only options are in the bump map node itself, but yeah would be awesome to have more options.
