FEATHER SHOES

 Hello KS community,

This is my 2nd render in KS. The shoe is inspired by Vogelkop superb bird of paradise which has one of the darkest natural feathers. The PBR textures available online for bird feathers are very much unrealistic and look animated. I am not adept at exporting a 3d feather high poly mesh. So I tried using a velvet material with sheen and bump map of a 4k bird feather image I found online. I am still struggling with the effective light setup and composition of the objects. I hope I will get better at it soon. I like this forum and it helps me learn many new things. Cheers!
