Rotate Environment along vert axis

It would be nice if we could rotate the environment along the vertical axis.

True, that sounds pretty great!

One workaround I've done is just rotate environments 180 degrees in Photoshop if there was a need for strong light from beneath.
However, being able to completely rotate the environment sounds like a great idea!

Were it even only to be able to control suns inclination when you work with hard shadows ...
