Man i'm so annoyed right now! Been running along happily with Keyshot 2, then my company desided to upgrade company Solidworks software to 2012. Suddenly Keyshot 2 no longer worked... so had to upgrade. Took two days to upgrade, finally installed.

Now if i go anywhere over resolution of 1497 by 834 and the graphics go completely to pot! I havent got a clue how to solve this? Has anyone come across this issue? Any ideas please?

Please make sure that your graphic drivers are up to date.

As a test can you try to uncheck the GPU under advanced in the preferences dialog?

Thomas, with all due respect, this is almost a typical IT type reply, its not us its you, shall i turn it on and off again as well? Thats a poor point that keyshot should be sensative to drivers? You can probably see from the other thread i brought back to life that others are having the same issue. My drivers are fully upto date, as are my collegues, running a slightly different spec machine and again, the same issue! This is very annoying, we were happily working away with Keyshot 2, hitting our deadlines, keeping the marketing department busy. Now due to incompatibility with Solidworks 2012 i have to go through all this hastle..... its very very annoying! Im disapointed in the new Keyshot 3 thus far! Its slower to start, insists on updating all my materials everytime and the whole interface has again been 'messed with' all i want to do is work..............

Mike - we have to start somewhere. Is this happening every time, or only when KeyShot is running in full-screen mode?

Are any CAD programs open while working in KeyShot?  I've seen strange things happen when they battle one another for graphics system control.
