Import error ( 14 days demo license)

Hi,

Somehow I cannot import an object ( simple cube, obj format) into keyshot.
Latest keyshot build, intel i5 2320, nvidia graphics, win 7, 64bit.

I try to install vcredist as suggested here:

But the problem is still here.

Also open command gives an error as well.

Example scenes that comes with an installation works fine though.

Hello,

Did some quick test importing some OBJ I had and they imported fine (using win 7 64 as well and latest KeyShot). Did you import from a network drive or from your local drive? Try copying the OBJ to your desktop and DND it into KS.
