render queue does not work

Hi there!

We also have a problem with the render queue.
If I want keyshot to render my queue (jpg's) it starts with the first job in the row and it looks like it would render. But keyshot finishes too fast and none of the pictures are in the folders where I want them to end up. It seems as if the pictures are not saved at all.
We are working with keyshot 3.
Is this a common problem?
