Impossible to import alias File

Hi,
Since when I install keyshot.. it's impossibile to load WIRE extension.
Alias is already install on my machine.. the 2013 alias surface.... but nothing...
Already ttry to reinstall so many times...

What version of KeyShot are you running? And where is ALIAS installed?

I'm running the keyshot trial and alias 2013 and get the same problem...

Make sure that ALIAS and KeyShot are installed on the same drive/partition so KeyShot can find ALIAS.

I have kind of the same issue. Running alias 2011 and keyshot 3.3.33 demo on same partition (mac pro). I cant load an alias wire file, i dont understand. Please solution thanks

How long you been running that demo? We have a much newer version: http://keyshot.com/try/
Try it out and if you still have an issue, please send your Alias file to support@luxion.com

I have the same problem. I cannot import any .wire file. I have reinstalled osx and keyshot(4.0.37), but still the same problem. Have you solved your problem? If yes, how?

First of all you should be using 4.2.35. Second, please make sure that ALIAS is installed. KeyShot supports ALIAS 2010 and later, including ALIAS 2014. Works perfectly on Windows and Mac.
