Can any one tell me what materials you would use to replicate this render ?

Well looking at the picture and trying to copy the material was a fruitless task here too, but then i decided to look on the winternet and see if there was anything else to look at, and i found this picture, bog standard cloudy plastic with no messing about with, so I guess that means that the render is not really accurate and has probably been retouch to hell n back.
