Emissive Glass

Hi,

I'd like to understand if Is possible to create an emissive glass....
What I mean is for example the guidelines in the headlamp in the car... you know.. is glass but shining...

I'd like tocreate something like that... as a normal material, than I can see normal but emissive.. so i can see the light reflection all around..
