Failure importing solidworks sub assemblies

Does anyone know why keyshot is only importing part of an assembly from Solidworks 2013? The main features appear but sub-assembly just aren

Update.... Keyshot have solved this for me by pointing out that i had not downloaded the solidworks plug in... oops.
