Updated Plugind for Rhino for KeyShot 4 - v2.4

We updated the Rhino plugin for KeyShot 4 supporting Rhino 4 and 5.

As mentioned before, this updated plugin now reads all camera information from the Rhino file. These cameras are stored under the camera tab as saved cameras.
