To toon or not to toon?

Can't decide which version I like best.

In my opinion, you should decrease the thickness of the lines for better visibility and understanding of surfaces.

I like the toon version except for the confusing shading on the white part at the top.

Yes, it's a regular material render with a black outline toon render on top.

Yeah, me neither. ;)
I thought perhaps those white outlines could introduce some lightness in the image. In the end they are simply distracting. But we can only learn by doing, right?

All these look good. Depending on how you are using the image. Any of these will work.
