Colour Picker broken with Dual Monitor setup

When using the colour picker, the loupe doesn't appear to show anything related when you move it around, but I eventually figured out it is sampling pixels from the second monitor.

I'm using two Apple Cinema Displays (23" and 20"), running the latest Mavericks. Let me know if you need more info.
