Keyshot 2.1 data import error

Hi,

we have a really strange problem here. Yesterday we bought a second KeyShot license (upgrade from Hypershot Web to KeyShot). While import of step files works fine for me my colleague has trouble importing the same step models that I can import properly.

I attached a picture that shows the error on data import.

Any idea why I can import the data properly while the import fails for my co worker. We verified that we have exactly the same import options. The only difference is, that I work as an administrator on my Windows PC while my co worker is only a user. But I tried to login into his PC as an administrator but got the same error importing the model.

I have absolutely no glue why this happens.

I have sent the download link to support@luxion.com. But I do not think that this problem is related to this certain step file because I can import the file and other step files properly in my KeyShot installation while my co worker can not import this step file and other step files. So I think it is a problem related to his KeyShot installation.
