trial version download error.

okay this is the problem
when ever I tried to go into the Keyshot setup and get to the instillation stage, an error window pops up:

Error opening file or writing
C:\Program Files\KeyShot5\bin\keyshot-libirary-geometry.bip ....   and other important files.
Click abort to stop the installation
retry
or ignore


I tried to ignore as much as possible, but ignoring them made key shot unusable
I am using windows, I tried the 64 and 32 bit and none worked. plz help.
