Kaiju - The Gas Giant

Hey Guys

Here is a Kaiju I designed for the Stan Winston School of Character Arts competition. The winning design will get built as a monster suit by two industry veterans. How cool is that!

Looking good. Image wise I would work the background some. It's blending in with your character. Makes it hard to see all your hard work in designing it.

Do you think it's calfs and feet are too small compared to the rest of its body ?

Yeah, you're right, I was rushing with the comp until late the night before to get it done for the deadline. I also found it tough to get the translucency right, because he's supposed to be massive.

The legs do look funny but I thought they would be under developed from mostly floating around with his gas balls, kinda like the astronauts on the moon. If I have some more free time I would love to
destroy the little city and add some fire, on behalf of the Kaiju of course.
