Cloud Downloads Folder

We are having problems copying the Cloud Download folder to other machines.  We use a floating license and would like to copy all the downloaded materials to other machines.  The preview of the material shows up fine, but when we try to apply them to scenes, they are black or clear.

What method are you using to copy the files? Are you exporting a KMP from keyshot or just copying the .mtl file? When you apply to the new scene are there any missing texture errors shown in the Log?
