Really nice work !
Personally I feel the Stars are forced. You want us to feel the sparkle not so much see the sparkle. I hope that made sense.
Also the rays that are coming from the top are over powering the vehicle. Makes the rays the focal point and the vehicle secondary.
Just a tweak here and there will take this image from good to great.

Looks pretty damn good. Like Tim said with the sparkles and flares , plus the shadow. A softer shadow would work better.
