Wow!  Amazing art- the profile portrait is top line work.  What I especially like is that the digital techniques are totally invisible, leaving only the art.  Not an easy task!

Apologies for massive post.

Here are some images i`ve been working on for a small WW2 horror story.
These are final images, also you can scroll down to see some raw screengrabs from Keyshot.

I was able to get some decent Keyshot renders for water. Especially still water looked quite good, however for big waves i had to use photos.
I`ll post more work in progress images.

Wow - Stunned silence from here

this is the second time in 2 days i have posted...  "Holy sh!t  :o"

I don't think I've ever posted "Holy Shit" before, so I will now.  Absolutely mind-blowing work!

What's especially interesting is that you have captured the "chill" and "fear" of the times.  My uncle was in Pearl on December 11th, 1941, and would start to shake whenever he would talk about his experiences.

These ship renders looks amazing!

I would be interested in a breakdown of these too, if that is possible.

I'd have to say, this is one heck of a good project you have at hand. SOmething out of the ordinary, kudos, keep it up. Nice touch on the tilt shift effect on some of these.

Normally I like to pick apart how someone did a scene, but with these I truly don't have a clue. I would not know where to begin. That last series looks absolutely gorgeous, I would love some more information on how it's done.

Guys, apologies for late response.

Thank you so much, for all your comments.
Attaching few raw renders and wireframes.

Basically some of the frames are full 3D including rain.
For stormy sea i used photos and painted over them.

I also sculpted big waves that you  can see in close-up shots.

For admirals face i 3D scanned my own face..and modified it a little bit.
Hope it all helps..

Ask me if you have any questions, i`ll try to help as much as possible.
I can definitely upload some of scenes.

VERY impressive! Thanks for sharing!

It surprises me still how creative some artists can be with KS, and how they push it into the realms of creativity i didn't think were possible to visit.
