Hey guys,

I´m quit new to Keyshot and definetely new to the forum so please bear with me if it´s a stupid question  :)
I am designing a lamp that has a bulb in the top which is shining down to a mirror which has to reflect the light of the shining bulb to the ceiling, see attachment
Right now I applied a emissive material to the bulb and a reflective metal to the mirror in order to reflect the light to the ceiling but until now I haven´t had any luck with visualizing the reflected light on the ceiling in a render.
Is this the correct way of reflecting light or is there another way?
If its the right way do I have to change settings because I tried to but haven´t had any succes.

Hope someone can help me!
Best Caspar

I suggest you use a light material: area diffuse, point light diffuse, or IES.
