Low Key and High Key Rendering

Hi I am all new to KeyShot and i was wondering how i can setup a low key and a high key scenery.
So far i can get only High key shots, since the shadows are really really smooth and the lighting is not really rich on contrasts.
but what can i do do get accents within the lighting and sharp, contrast rich shadows?
