Jagged shadows

Ok, I still experience jagged shadows. I've tried everything, settings, scaling you name it....for some reason it only happens on a white material...not sure why...please help!

I'm running newest version, 2.2

KeyShot 2.2 does not exist yet? Can you provide a bip file or an image that shows the issue?
