Procedure to move KS from 32 bit to 64 bit OS?

Time has come to move from XPx32 to Win7x64 (+16 GB RAM).  What's the correct procedure to move KS to the new OS?  I presume copy everything, including license, libraries, HDR's, etc. to a safe place.  Ditto all other stuff, of course.  Remove KS.  Install Win7.  Reload KS file backup.  Download KS 64 bit.  Then what?  Does it read the license automatically, or do I get a new one?  Do you also have to reload all the libraries?  I'm sure others have done this, so any advice would be appreciated!

I will let the Windows experts chime in on all the backup stuff. On a Mac there is little to worry about, even though a backup is recommended.

As far as the license goes, prior to upgrading the OS please deactivate KeyShot under the file menu. Then perform the OS upgrade. Once you are done, simple activate KeyShot with your serial code.
