Programming with Keyshot

Hi everyone,

Can you tell me if an application program interface (api) exists within Keyshot 5? I'm looking to automatically import a file, apply materials/environment/backplate etc and then render to preset settings?

If this is possible, can you please point me in the direction of the programmers guide or developer tools that can help get me started?

As of KeyShot 6 we have implemented support for scripting via python 3.4.
