The model looks a tad bit soft, but dang... some nice renderings. I'm guessing shoes are like cars... but soft cars. That makes for a very difficult model I assume. This is the first shoe I've seen here, so kudos and fantastic start!

The modelling looks fine to me, although the stitches paths could I think be a little bit more precise. Very good work all round in my opinion.
